Got a question for us? We may be able to answer it for you here: Q: How do I order? Can I order online? All orders are placed in person and made in real time. We are currently not accepting online orders. Q: How do I make a pre-order? A: Pre-orders are based upon date availability. All pre-orders must be made AT LEAST 72 hours in advance, $500 minimum food order (weekdays), $750 minimum food order (weekends), and paid in full to confirm your order. Please fill out the event inquiry form on the catering tab of our site for more info. Q: Can I make a reservation? A: We do not offer reservations. All seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Q: Do you serve alcohol? A: Yes, we have a full bar with beer, wine, and cocktails available for 21+. Q: Do you offer any vegetarian items? A: Our corn, queso, and Mexican rice are vegetarian items offered at our location. There are more vegetarian options offered for full service catering and events. Q: What items are gluten free? All of our menu items are gluten free EXCEPT the flour tortillas and beef fajita. However, due to the flour tortillas being made in-house, we CANNOT guarantee there won't be cross contamination from the flour and shared cooking surfaces, so we do not advise people with severe gluten allergies to eat with us. Q: Is there indoor seating? A: Yes! We have indoor seating with AC & an open air patio. Q: What are your specials today? A: For the most up to date information on our specials, please follow our social pages @valentinastexmexBBQ. We update with specials and events daily. Q: Can Valentina's bring their truck to our event? Our truck is in its permanent location and does not move. We do offer full service catering options, however. Q: Do you ship food? A: We do not ship food, but we do have an awesome selection of sauces & spices available under "Our Merch" Did we miss anything?
